Paul Hooper has renovated and updated properties since 1988, ranging from stone cottages, through Victorian terraces to 30’s semi’s and modern developments. Paul is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), accredited to undertake energy assessments of dwellings and produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) using the Reduced data Standard Assessment Procedure (RdSAP) methodology.

There are no call-out charges and our hourly rate is £30 for homes (£40 for first hour), £35 for commercial and rental properties ((£45 for first hour), with no vat (minimum fee one hour).
