Often our clients have accumulated a list of assorted jobs requiring a variety of skills. This is where The Cotswold Handy Company provides a fast, good quality and economical solution to get all property maintenance jobs on your list completed efficiently and to a high standard at competitive rates.
There are no call-out charges and our hourly rate is £35 for homes (£45 for first hour if less than a full day’s work), £35 for commercial and rental properties (£45 for first hour if less than a full day’s work), with no vat (minimum fee one hour).
